These Channel Buopy Markerws are built for any area where you want to make a staement about the river.  These are built for out of doors but under cover (roof) of some kind.  Ideal for a Cottage Porch or Boathouse, at the end of your bar or any room that you want ato add a little authentis river to.  The lamps come woth an on / off switch, Rope style cord and have Authentic Vintage Fresnel Glass globes. Each globe is iunique and often vary in size and style. They come woth a .5 watt LED bulb that throws off a surprising am,ount of light because of the frensil Glass and use virtually no electricity.  Powder coated and can easily be rewired to use totally outdoors in the direct weather.  All handmade in the Thousand Islands of welded solid platre steel.  Brass thumbscrews secure the Fresnel glass.  The Fresnel glass design allows the construction of lenses of large aperture and short focal length without the mass and volume of material that would be required by a lens of conventional design. A Fresnel lens can be made much thinner than a comparable conventional lens, in some cases taking the form of a flat sheet. A Fresnel lens can capture more oblique light from a light source, thus allowing the light from a lighthouse equipped with one to be visible over greater distances.
